Eco solvent printer daily maintenance and troubleshooting methods

Daily maintenance is indispensable if you want the eco solvent printer to be in the best operating condition at all times. In addition, various printing failures will inevitably occur during the use of the equipment, and it is also important to understand some troubleshooting techniques in advance.

Take Kingjet 1802S four-head high-end eco solvent printer as an example

1. Cleaning the bottom of the nozzle: Move the trolley to the left side, and wipe the edge of the nozzle protection block with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid, once a week, to achieve a clean effect.

2. Wipe blade cleaning: wipe the edge of the blade with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid, once every 10 days, to keep it clean.

3. Ink core cleaning: wipe the edge of the ink core with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid, once every 10 days, to keep it clean.

4. Replace the ink core: It is recommended to replace it every 3-4 months.

5. Replace the ink sac: It is recommended to replace it every 3 months.

6. Grating cleaning: Wipe both sides of the grating with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol, and clean it with pure water once a month to keep it clean.

7. Guide rail maintenance: maintain the guide rail with grease every week.

8. Belt maintenance: check whether the belt is worn out every three months.


Troubleshooting series

#01 Fault: No power on


solution:

Solution 1. Check whether the air switch is turned on

Option 2: Use a multimeter to measure whether the power supply is energized

Option 3. Whether the AC contactor is normally closed

Solution 4. Check whether the 220V indicator on the power board is on


#02Fault: The display does not light up


solution:

Solution 1. Check the connection line between the main board and the key board

Solution 2: Check the connection line between the key board and the LCD screen

Solution 3: Replace the display

Solution 4. Replace the motherboard


#03 Failure: The motherboard digital tube displays "R" after booting


solution:

Solution 1. Check whether the fiber optic cable is plugged in

Option 2: Replace the fiber optic cable

Solution 3: Replace the motherboard

Option 4. Replace the trolley board


#04 Fault: The digital tube of the main board displays "4" after booting


solution:

Solution 1. Use a multimeter to measure whether the input 36V voltage is normal

Solution 2: Check the motor signal line

Option 3: Replace the limit of the trolley


#05 Fault: The mainboard digital tube displays "1" after booting


solution:

Solution 1. Check the connection line between the main board and the motor board

Solution 2: Check the connection line between the ink stack motor and the motor board

Option 3. Replace the limit switch or motor board


#06Barrier: The car goes to the left and does not go back to the right


solution:

Solution 1. Replace the decoder

Option 2: Replace the trolley board


#07Failure: No ink can be produced after testing


solution:

Solution 1. Check whether the 42V light on the trolley board is on

Option 2. Check whether the data line is in good contact

Solution 3: Replace the adapter board

Option 4. Replace the trolley board
